Before sleep||Portland
Before bed. Pajamas and jumping. Four stories and one song. One kiss for each set of lips. Under the covers even though the June air is warm. To sleep even though the light is still bright outside. Us three in a big bed. Eyes close and the room becomes quiet. I stare at little faces before I finally tiptoe out.
